from Bangkok, or approx 2 hour boat ride from Phuket or Krabi. The
fantastic mountain island is surrounded with green palm trees, jungle
and rain forest and sandy beaches in front of the deep blue Andaman
Sea. Phi Phi island has many options for fun activites like climbing,
scuba diving and snorkeling to create a perfect holiday. The hotels
and resorts at Phi Phi Island are small low buildings integrated into
the natural landscape with standards varieying from basic to luxury.
The Tonsai bay offers a choice of shops, restaurants and bars you
can find right next to the beach area. The Tonsai Bay is still under
construction but the east and north side of Phi Phi Island offer a
